Training and Personal Development

Our leadership and personal development courses are available nationwide to ensure they reach as many conservative activists as possible.

Featuring an array of specialised materials and presenters, the CLF leadership development programs have been effective in engaging fellow conservatives in public advocacy whilst improving their communication and leadership skills.

CLF training is designed to be practical and effective. Many students go on to implement their new skills as part of the Campus Action Plan (CAP). This program encourages leadership amongst conservative university students by equipping them with the ideas and resources to successfully lead conservative campaigns on campus.

The CLF also offers occasional seminars and workshops that address specific topics including campaign development, online activism and media training. These intensive sessions give young leaders additional specific skill sets that will help to prepare them as future leaders in tertiary institutions, in the community, in business and in politics.
